Ready to take ownership and drive change? Join us as a Regional QHSE Supervisor and help create safer, stronger, and more compliant operations across our contract. Here at GXO, we are looking for a Regional QHSE Supervisor to support our Virgin Media O2 contract. Based at our Birmingham site, you will support the Contract QHSE Manager across 53 GXO/Virgin Media Field Stores (trade counter sites), ensuring QHSE compliance for approximately 140 employees. The role involves travel across the UK and Ireland network, including occasional overnight stays, while working closely with the Safety Supervisor and Contract QHSE Manager to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00. However, we do ask for flexibility, as occasional overnight stays and unsociable hours coverage may be required.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £39,028.24 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safe systems of work, providing expert QHSE guidance, coaching, and support to managers and operational teams
- Drive a positive safety culture in line with the Road to Zero philosophy, promoting engagement and continuous improvement across the network
- Ensure compliance with QHSE legislation, standards, and management systems through effective risk management and workplace monitoring
- Act as the key liaison between regional QHSE representatives and operational teams, ensuring a consistent approach across all regions
- Lead QHSE improvement initiatives, including documentation management, Fastworks utilisation, risk assessment reviews, and site audit programmes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- NEBOSH General (essential); Diploma or equivalent (Desirable)
- Current UK driving licence
- Experience in a similar role (desired)
- Experience in warehouse management, MHE, Behavioural Safety programmes and QHSE Management systems
- Excellent organisational skills, coupled with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Able to communicate clearly at all levels
