Are you at your best when working with external suppliers, strengthening relationships and helping drive performance improvements? Would you enjoy playing a key support role in transport debriefs, system updates and operational projects that help shape our transport network for our customers? If so, join us as our Supplier Support Coordinator at GXO in Nottingham, delivering our transport solution EyeQ for our network. This is a full‑time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday with flexibility for business needs. You will be contracted for 37.5 hours per week and can work between 07:30 and 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day
- Provide system and compliance support to external transport suppliers and customers
- Accurately complete data entry and system updates
- Support internal and external transport debrief processes
- Carry out general transport back‑office administrative tasks

- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, with strong accuracy and organisation (beneficial to have experience with Transport Management Systems)
