Would you like to play a key role in shaping a safe, skilled and high-performing workforce? Here at GXO, we're looking for a Training Instructor to join our team within our ASOS site in Barnsley. In this exciting role, you'll support the development of our colleagues by delivering high-quality training, coaching and compliance activities that help drive operational excellence.
Working closely with managers and site teams, you'll ensure colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform at their best while supporting our commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and people-focused individual looking to make a real impact through learning and development. This is a full time, permanent position working Friday to Monday 17:00 – 03:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Deliver engaging training sessions to support colleague development and operational performance
- Coach and support colleagues to achieve and maintain operational competence
- Monitor and maintain training compliance and associated records
- Work closely with operational teams to identify and address training needs
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, safety and excellence across the site
