GXO Logistics, Inc. at The Entertainer site in Banbury is seeking a Planning Manager to develop and execute the resource planning strategy, ensuring the operation has the right people in the right place at the right time.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll work with Operations, Finance, HR and senior stakeholders to optimise labour planning, drive efficiencies and support business performance.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, with occasional flexibility.
