GXO are currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join us at our BT site in Lutterworth. You\’ll assist in the effective management of the site finance department with all operational support activities including preparation and submission of weekly forecasts, P&L reconciliations, budgeting and period end reporting in compliance with corporate policies and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of weekly and monthly operational performance reporting for both GXO and the customer
- Working with the on‑site and central HR team to resolve queries, effective communication of issues and management of over or under payments
- Assist the Finance Manager in improving and developing reporting processes and procedures
- Provide variance analysis with adequate commentary and aid operational management in the interpretation of results
Qualifications
- Experience in finance with strong knowledge of financial management systems; experience with SAP is advantageous
- Experience with open book contracts is desirable
- Holding or studying for CIMA or ACCA qualifications is highly desirable
- Strong reporting, budgeting and P&L reconciliation skills
