Family Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) Our client, a well-established, multi-office firm of solicitors across West Kent and East Sussex, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their expanding family team.
The firm has recently been recognised with a\ "Law Firm of the Year\" awardand a\ "Team of the Year\" accolade, reflecting a genuinely supportive culture and a strong reputation in the local market.
About the Role As Family Solicitor, you'll handle a broad and varied caseload with a particular focus on financial remedy matters on divorce, including mid to high-net-worth cases.
You'll also advise on pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes involving jointly owned property, and private children matters concerning care arrangements.
This Family Solicitor role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy while still being part of a genuinely supportive, close-knit team, with client interviews conducted flexibly across the firm's offices or at client premises as needed.
