GWR Legal Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support Partners and Fee Earners within their Private Client team in Norwich.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive PA support within the private client team, supporting partners and senior lawyers dealing with wills, probate, LPAs, tax and trust work.
Responsibilities
- Document Production including correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Diary Management on behalf of lawyers you are supporting.
- Taking notes in meetings.
- Attending to clients on the phone to chase documentation or clarify matters or instructions or to take messages.
- Digital dictation and administration.
- Training and support for more junior members of the team.
- Supporting business development activities and helping arrange events in collaboration with the BD and marketing teams.
About You
- Previous experience as a PA or an experienced secretary within a Solicitors practice.
- Private Client experience is desirable.
- Highly organised and detail‑focused.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office.
