A Solicitors practice in Ipswich is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to their Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial support to fee earners dealing with a range of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
- Typing and preparation of relevant correspondence and documents.
- File management including filing of documents along with opening and closing of files and archiving.
- Scanning, paginating and photocopying.
- Dealing with calls into the team and advising accordingly or taking messages.
- Submission of SDLT returns and Land Registry applications and searches.
- General admin tasks as required.
Qualifications
Experience of working in the area of either commercial or residential property would clearly be advantageous, however the firm will also consider candidates with experience of working as a legal secretary in other areas of practice.
