Are you a private client lawyer looking for a firm with a genuine route to partnership within a relatively short space of time? If the answer to the above is yes and you do not feel like you can achieve that in your current firm, then an opportunity I am recruiting for in Leicester may be of interest.
This city centre based practice is looking for an ambitious and dynamic lawyer to be the lead lawyer of their private client team. As well as the fee earning side of things, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the partners of the firm and really promote and grow the private client offering at the firm.
It is by no means a standing start and there is an existing department with work coming through, but they really see this as an area of practice they really want to grow and develop further. Genuine partnership prospects are envisaged within a short space of time for someone who comes on board and makes a success of things.
The salary will be based on experience and the firm will be open to a profit share on top of this for any lawyer who is able to work with the firm to deliver on their aim to expand their private client offering and strengthen/grow the team.
