A solicitor's practice in Ipswich is looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary for its Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will provide a high level of secretarial support to fee earners dealing with a range of commercial property matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Typing and preparation of relevant correspondence and documents.
  • File management, including opening, closing, archiving, and filing of documents.
  • Scanning, paginating, and photocopying.
  • Handling calls into the team and advising or taking messages.
