Legal Administrator - Compliance Team - Northampton A commercial law firm with a first rate reputation are looking to recruit an administrator to their new business/compliance team.

This role will entail providing support to all the firms legal teams who request for new client matters to be opened as part of the centralised new business team.

Duties in the role will entail things such as:- - Reviewing new client forms before opening new client matters on the firms IT systems. - Ensuring ID checks are completed -Complete AML, sanctions and conflict searches and flagging/escalating any potential issues to management. - Collecting and maintaining accurate compliance related information and documentation - Ensuring all client information is accurately inputted recorded across all IT systems - Providing advice, guidance or updates to fee earners and departmental support teams regarding the onboarding of new clients and the status of AML and compliance enquiries.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience in an administration role within a law with firm with an awareness around compliance when it comes to new file openings and client onboarding including AML, sanctions and conflict searches.

You must have strong attention to detail and IT skills, particularly Microsoft office programs.
