GWR Legal Recruitment are working with a national law firm to assist in the recruitment of a Corporate Lawyer to their team.
The successful candidate for this position will likely be at associate level with upwards of 3 years PQE of dealing with Corporate matters, with a background of working in well regarded commercial firms,
The corporate team at this firm deal with a range of matters including M&A, corporate restructuring, corporate finance and corporate governance for clients operating in a diverse range of sectors.
Due to the reputation of the firm they are regularly trusted partners in dealing with high value big ticket work for clients, including matters involving an international element.
In exchange for your work you will be rewarded with a good benefits package including a salary towards the top end of market rate for the Oxford area. In addition to this the firm has 2 different bonus schemes as well as other perks.
This firm appreciates that not everyone is able to do 9-5pm Monday – Friday in the office and they will be as flexible as they can to work around peoples needs. Hybrid working is available and they offer flexibility in terms of start and finish times, to try and make things as easy as possible to manage work alongside other commitments.
