Responsibilities
- Administrative support to front-line Portfolio Managers (including desk heads), Research Analysts and support teams
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements β domestic and international flights, accommodation, transportation, creation of travel itineraries and visa applications
- Expense processing
- Manage T&E Budgets
- Maintaining holiday records
- Working closely with other PAs within the business and covering during periods of holiday and sickness
- Managing internal systems and databases
- Carry out other duties as assigned

- Prior experience working as a team secretary or PA within a financial institution is required
- Diary management and travel booking experience
- Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- Problem Solving β Be able to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
- Advanced typing skills
- Nice to have skills
- Experience working within a medium/large size global firm is helpful
- Advanced Word and Power Point skills. Experience of using Excel is preferred
