Your opportunity: This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting the Chief of Staff (People) and wider leadership team. You’ll help translate priorities into execution – connecting strategy, operations and communications to ensure the function runs effectively. You’ll work across senior stakeholders, contribute to key leadership forums (including ExCo), and play a critical role in delivering the People strategy for the firm.
Executive & leadership support:
- Support the Chief of Staff in driving key priorities across the People function
- Coordinate ExCo and senior leadership materials (papers, agendas, follow-ups)
- Track actions and commitments, ensuring delivery against deadlines
Business management & operations:
- Support business planning, tracking and reporting across the function
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking
- Help ensure strong governance and control across activities
- Support delivery of priority projects (e.g. engagement surveys, People initiatives, transformation programmes)
- Coordinate inputs across teams and ensure alignment to timelines
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
Communications & engagement:
- Support internal communications for the People function and leadership updates
- Help shape clear, consistent messaging across channels
- Coordinate key events, offsites and leadership forums
- Act as a key point of coordination across People, Finance, Communications and other functions
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

Must have skills:
- Experience in a business management, project management, or chief of staff support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and/or leadership teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Highly proactive, with strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
