Work closely with Revenue, Commercial Finance and Rev Ops to own the end-to-end sales commission lifecycle, from incentive plan design and governance through to system management, calculation, payout, and audit. Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design incentive plans that drive the right behaviours while balancing motivation, scalability, and financial discipline. Act as the single source of truth for commission data and tooling, ensuring accurate, timely payouts supported by robust controls, automation, and clean data. Provide actionable insight on sales performance and commission effectiveness, influencing decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and continuous plan optimisation.
