Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As our Account Executive you’ll:
- be responsible for driving new business revenue and growth across your assigned accounts or territory, either Enterprise, Majors or mid-market accounts.
- Develop and execute an account or territory plan that builds a strong pipeline and enables you to meet and exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Identify, map and go high-and-wide within organizations to understand the full scope of each opportunity.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation through to close.
- Establish and build credibility with prospects from the outset by developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and presenting needs-based solutions that meet their objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive value across live opportunities and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
- Take ownership of your pipeline, executing outbound prospecting activity alongside inbound opportunities.
- Track all sales activity, manage opportunities, and accurately forecast revenue using Salesforce.
- Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

What do I need to bring with me?
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:
- Experience in SaaS or Subscription/licensing sales, especially closing business in large and complex corporate accounts.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking and sales skills to align technology solutions with complex, multi-stakeholder business problems.
- Follow MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and progress deals through the pipeline.
- Experience using Salesforce to manage business (sales-cycle, pipeline, forecasting, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
- You are a hunter who sees the value of outbound prospecting to grow your own sales pipeline, in addition to inbound leads.
- Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives.
- Have experience working in a start/scale-up environment.
