As our Senior Finance Business Partner you will:
- Own the end-to-end sales commission lifecycle, from incentive plan design and governance through to system management, calculation, payout, and audit.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design incentive plans that drive the right behaviours while balancing motivation, scalability, and financial discipline.
- Act as the single source of truth for commission data and tooling, ensuring accurate, timely payouts supported by robust controls, automation, and clean data.
- Provide actionable insight on sales performance and commission effectiveness, influencing decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and continuous plan optimisation.

What do I need to bring with me?
- Proven years of experience in a sales commission, revenue operations or commercial finance role.
- Experience with systems such as Spiff, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge Sales constructively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Experience partnering with global or multi-market sales teams.
