Overview
As our Senior Finance Business Partner you’ll work closely with Revenue, Commercial Finance and Rev Ops to own the end-to-end sales commission lifecycle, from incentive plan design and governance through to system management, calculation, payout, and audit.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales commission lifecycle, from incentive plan design and governance through to system management, calculation, payout, and audit
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership to design incentive plans that drive the right behaviours while balancing motivation, scalability, and financial discipline
- Act as the single source of truth for commission data and tooling, ensuring accurate, timely payouts supported by robust controls, automation, and clean data
- Provide actionable insight on sales performance and commission effectiveness, influencing decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and continuous plan optimisation
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven years of experience in a sales commission, revenue operations or commercial finance role
- Experience with systems such as Spiff, Salesforce, or ERP platforms
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge Sales constructively
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Experience partnering with global or multi-market sales teams
- Equally important is attitude: think big, ask why, and show respect to everyone at all levels
