Your role will develop and evolve the core user management capability that underpins every GWI product experience. You'll build secure, scalable systems that support authentication, permissions, roles, licensing, and account structures, enabling both customer self‐service and internal operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver intuitive user and admin experiences, enterprise‐ready identity features, and tooling that supports product‐led growth.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Commercial, Product Support, and Security.
- Ensure customers can confidently manage access, adopt new features, and expand their usage across the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering features or product areas within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally involving platform or infrastructure components.
- Strong prioritisation skills with comfort balancing user needs, technical constraints, and commercial impact.
- Exposure to or interest in identity, authentication, roles/permissions, licensing, or other user management systems.
- Ability to work closely with engineers, translate technical concepts into clear user or business outcomes, and navigate dependencies with teams such as Security and Legal.
- Experience using data, experimentation, or usage signals to inform decisions and guide iterations.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and appetite to learn, and a collaborative, open working style that contributes to a healthy product culture.
