As our Motion Designer & Video Specialist you'll:
- Be a skilled and self-sufficient motion designer and video producer who can take a project from brief to final delivery without missing a beat.
- Animate with confidence, edit at pace, and create motion work that makes ideas land.
- Work within the Creative Studio alongside designers and content creators, helping shape what motion looks like at GWI.
- Produce motion and video content that attracts the right audiences, supports the sales journey, and reflects the quality of a company that takes its craft seriously.
- Understand how different formats serve different business objectives and execute everything from animated social content to data visualisations and video coverage of events.
- Create content that showcases our data and insights expertise while driving measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll own:
- Motion graphics and animation: Own motion at GWI, producing high-quality motion work that stands on its own across various touchpoints.
- AI tools and workflow innovation: Actively use AI tools to increase the speed and quality of your output, helping others across the Creative Studio.
- Filming and on-set production: Plan, set up, and execute video shoots independently, handling lighting, framing, and audio.
- Editing and post-production: Edit footage to a high standard, delivering publish-ready work end-to-end.
- Cross-team content support: Work directly with various teams to create video that supports events, product launches, and campaigns.
- Content performance and optimisation: Track video content performance against business objectives and optimise based on results.
- Brand voice and visual consistency: Work within GWI's brand direction while contributing to its development.
What do I need to bring with me?
We’re looking for someone who brings strong experience across the role. Here’s what the team will be looking for:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion graphics and animation work across multiple formats and platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver motion and video content end-to-end, from concept through to final export.
- Confidence filming and editing video independently across formats such as podcasts, interviews, and events.
- Experience working at pace in a creative studio, agency, or in-house brand environment.
- A strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to quality.
