It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Insight Manager you’ll be passionate about uncovering data-driven stories that shape how the world’s biggest brands understand their audiences. In this role, you’ll turn GWI’s rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations that reveal the unexpected and make our clients’ strategies sharper.

A few things you'll be responsible for:

👉 Lead end-to-end insight delivery on client projects across regions.

👉 Analyse GWI datasets and bespoke research studies to surface trends and patterns that align with client objectives.

👉 Create high-quality deliverables that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives — and present them confidently to clients and internal teams.

👉 Support the Vertical Lead on RFP responses, proposals, team operations, and mentoring junior analysts.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. Here's what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 Proven experience managing projects and clients.
👉 A talent for data storytelling — translating numbers into narratives and surfacing insights that challenge assumptions or reveal something new.
👉 Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for writing clear, engaging content.
👉 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides; experience with survey platforms or analytics tools is a plus.
👉 Strong organisational and communication skills — comfortable running client presentations, managing multiple workstreams, and mentoring junior team members.
