At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for an Associate Talent Coordination Specialist to play a key role in our People Operations team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

If successful at application stage, you'll receive an invitation to submit a one-way video interview so we can get to know you a bit better - keep an eye on spam just in case!

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

As our Associate Talent Coordination Specialist you’ll:

  • Coordinate candidates and interviews end-to-end while keeping every stakeholder in the loop - whatever their role or seniority.
  • Report into our Senior People Workflow Specialist, being a trusted point of contact across the business.
  • Provide ideas on where AI or automation could help improve processes.

A few things you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities across the process - using AI and automation to keep things moving at pace without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Ownership of your day-to-day tasks, from managing diaries across multiple timezones to posting job adverts and creating job offers.
  • Owning internal and external communications across the hiring process.
  • Building genuine relationships with Hiring Managers across every level of the business.
  • Delivering a next-level candidate experience that's fast, clear and memorable for every applicant.

You'll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.

What do I need to bring with me?

This role suits someone early in their career who's already coordinated fast-moving, detail-heavy work - but you don't need TA experience specifically. Strong backgrounds in PA, EA, office management or general coordination are just as welcome as recruitment coordination.

Here's what the team will be looking for in you:

  • Proven coordination or administrative experience - hands-on ATS experience such as Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Detail attentive while driven by urgency - accuracy-obsessed, steady under pressure, fast to react, and quick to reprioritise.
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills.
  • Fluency in and a genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation.
  • Natural problem solver - you notice when something's not quite working and aren't afraid to flag it and offer a solution.
  • A pulse on the talent market - understanding hiring trends and candidate expectations.
  • A passion for delivering a positive, memorable candidate experience.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big, ask why, and show respect.

Why Join Us

  • A front-row seat in a fast-growing, global data tech company.
  • Real ownership from day one - this is a company built on trust, not micromanagement.
  • A supportive, forward-thinking People & Culture team.
  • Hybrid working in our London office.

What We Offer

  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays.
  • Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support.
  • Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs.
  • Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options.
  • Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.
  • DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity is fundamental to who we are—as a data company and as a workplace. We strive to build a workforce as diverse and inclusive as the insights we deliver. As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to making adjustments throughout the hiring process.
