It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing? As an Account Director in the Enterprise Tech & Media team, you’ll help support our global expansion, working across our most lucrative Tech clients, like Amazon Advertising and Google. GWI is the world's most revealing data set on consumer behaviours. We work with the world's largest Media Owners, Agencies and Brands to help drive smarter marketing decisions and generate revenue.

A few things you’ll be responsible for:

  • Work closely with your Head of Enterprise Tech & Media to intensify and expand your tech platform client relationships within the Americas.
  • Help to drive and execute the expansion strategy and grow assigned portfolio year-on-year; including building client mappings and ability to perform gap analysis.
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders and regularly closing opportunities.
  • Regularly lead client conversations and detailed presentations face-to-face, via email, on the phone and via screen share.
  • Identify and engage with key target contacts via personal network, qualified in-bound leads and proactive outbound engagement with key DM’s in defined vertical against defined corporate targets.
  • Project-manage and prepare client presentations by using GWI datasets and deliver tailored pitch and proposal documents.
  • Diligent approach to tracking all conversations and managing all sales opportunities via Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on key developments and changes within the GWI product eco-system; as well as have an acute awareness of wider developments in the digital and media advertising landscape.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.

What do I need to bring with me? You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

  • Proven Account Management experience working with top tier clients in the media, platform, advertising or research industry.
  • Knowledge/network of clients of the media/advertising industry.
  • Detailed understanding of the SaaS revenue model and how to identify growth potentials.
  • Great knowledge in consumer research and how current trends change their behaviour.
  • Proven track of working in the research sector, including knowledge of quant and qual methodologies.
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders and regularly closing opportunities - a driver for this skill could be 'Relationship building'.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to build trust at C-level.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of something that matters. Join a disruptor shaping the global market research industry, where your work drives real impact.
  • Think big, move fast. You'll be immersed in the fast-moving world of data tech, working on problems that actually challenge you.

  • Flexibility & balance – Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a “work from home” budget.
  • Career growth – Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.
