Right now we’re looking for an IT Support Team Lead to play a key role in our IT Operations Support Team. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. As our IT Support Team Lead you'll be at the forefront of providing a seamless experience for all staff in the EU & APAC region. The IT Operations team is responsible for delivering all the technologies required for GWI staff to deliver our products to clients.
Responsibilities
- Leading comprehensive hardware and software management, from procurement to support, always with an eye towards efficiency.
- Mentoring and supporting the Ops Support team to foster high performance and continuous development. This role is considered a player‑coach; you will be required to support on an as‑needed basis.
- Building strong relationships throughout the organization, ensuring IT Operations is always seen as a trusted and reliable partner.
- Coordinating day‑to‑day activities and allocating resources to ensure prompt, high‑quality IT support.
- Leading a team of 2, with a primary remit to ensure IT operations continue smoothly both locally and globally.

Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me?
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next‑generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, and disk encryption, SSO and MFA.
- Familiarity with supporting multiple OS versions, including MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android etc.
- Strong experience with configuring and supporting Identity Management Platforms such as Okta, OneLogin, Jumpcloud etc. Okta experience preferred.
- Deep technical proficiency in Google Workspace administration, security policy enforcement, and managing critical integrations with third‑party tools, including Slack for organizational communication workflows, demonstrated through certifications, portfolio, or practical experience.
- Strong experience automating repetitive tasks either through scripting or agentic flows.
- Proven experience with Endpoint Management platforms like Jamf, Kandji.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team culture and shared goals while maintaining a proactive working style.
- Suitable qualifications or certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, Google Workspace Administration etc preferred.
