What will I be doing?
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building and deploying high-performing email campaigns in HubSpot, creating nurture workflows, maintaining segmentation best practices, and contributing to tailored, data-driven user journeys. This role involves collaboration with content, design, project management, and marketing operations to enhance our email marketing strategy. This is a contract role designed to support internal resources during a period of strategic growth and transformation. It’s an exciting environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential as we grow.
What do I need to bring?
You should demonstrate core skills relevant to this role. Prior experience in HubSpot for email management, including building and executing email workflows, is required. You should have experience in creating, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns, and be able to interpret briefs with creative and conceptual thinking. Organizational skills and experience with project management tools like Asana are also necessary. A positive attitude aligned with our values—thinking big, asking why, and showing respect—is essential.
