Right now we’re looking for a Senior Research Analyst to play a key role in ourCustom Research (Media & Tech) team in London. Sounds great, what will I be doing?

As ourSenior Research Analystyou’lllead in the management of projects during all stages of the research process (client kick off, survey design to reporting). They will be responsible for working on projects using a range of research approaches. Our Senior Analysts are the face of our research, and working directly with research partners and clients is integral to the role.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don\’t have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

2+ years experience in a market research role, including a significant amount of time with a research agency

Expert at producing insight driven client deliverables, narrative based reporting with experience bringing data to life through storytelling

Able to present succinctly and accurately, ensuring that points are understood as well as outlining questions/points to be addressed.

Confident in working with large, and sometimes complex, datasets,

Commercial acumen is essential, both understanding of client businesses and putting deliverables into a commercial context
