The team works to make GWI an industry leader in research methods, transparency and participant experience. You’ll be working alongside other researchers to plan, execute and manage large surveys both pre-release and post-release to ensure that we’re always delivering data of the highest quality.
Here are some details:
- Fieldwork management – monitoring fieldwork and working with panel providers to obtain the required sample, ensuring the utmost quality across planned collection metrics.
- Scripting and checking – script surveys using our online platform, Qualtrics/Dash, and ensure they are functional and of the highest quality.
- Researching topics and brands for inclusion in our surveys, and contributing to survey design and question formulation.
- Keeping our survey relevant, by carrying out desk research to review brands within our survey.
- Devising clear data specifications to our internal data processing teams.
- Being the day-to-day point of contact with other internal teams, such as data processing, to deliver projects.
- Defining rules for survey data quality and implementing alongside our data processing team.
- Standardising data validation processes and updating all relevant documentation.
What do I need to bring with me? You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:
- An understanding of quantitative research methods.
- A desire to work in multi-market research.
- A desire to work in research design and project management.
- Experience in writing, scripting and running surveys.
- Meticulous attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills, working to deadlines across multiple projects.
- Experience in desk research and collating data from a variety of sources.
- Availability to work in London (UK) or Athens (Greece).
Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.
Why Join Us
You’ll join a small, highly collaborative Core Research team where knowledge‑sharing, support, and teamwork are central to how we operate. You won’t be working in isolation, and you’ll be guided closely as you ramp up. This role offers hands‑on exposure to large‑scale, multi‑market research, giving you end‑to‑end experience across survey design, scripting, fieldwork, and data quality—an excellent foundation for a research career. You’ll play a meaningful role in the Core survey, contributing directly to how our flagship research is built, maintained, and evolved. Your work will have visible impact.
