What I will be doing
As a Senior Insight Manager you will lead a team of analysts focused on uncovering data‑driven narratives that shape how brands understand and engage their audiences. You will oversee large‑scale reporting projects, transforming GWI’s rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations. You will also partner closely with Revenue teams, contributing to RFPs and proposals to support a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of deliverables while supporting their growth.
- Lead large‑scale reporting projects for GWI’s biggest clients, surfacing trends and stories that align with their objectives.
- Own RFP and proposal responses, including running client presentations, meetings, and workshops to showcase GWI’s insight capabilities.
- Operate in a flexible, fast‑paced environment, adapting to continuous change.
