Right now we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in our Business Assistance team in London. What will I be doing?
- As our Executive Assistant you’ll be the engine that keeps our Executive Team moving. You’ll provide high-quality, proactive support to three senior leaders – helping them stay focused, organised, and ahead of the curve.
- Diary management and gatekeeping for the Executive Team – prioritising, protecting, and structuring their time so they can focus on what matters most.
- Managing all business travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expenses.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Team, including sensitive and confidential matters.
- Supporting the circulation of board and leadership packs and ensuring actions are followed up.
- Organising meetings, off‑sites, lunches, dinners, and office events – from logistics to hospitality.
- Supporting the smooth running of the UK office, including onboarding of senior hires and assisting during large exec‑facing events.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Proven EA experience supporting C‑suite leaders.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑change environments – you take initiative and act without needing constant direction.
- 2–3+ years of EA experience, with the instincts and trust needed to work at this level.
- Strong diary management and travel coordination skills, with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- High proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and able to represent senior leaders with care.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or growth companies is a plus – as is familiarity with AI tools.
- Equally important is attitude – we want people who think big, ask why, and show respect to everyone at every level, all the time.
