At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to play a key role in our Business Assistance team in London. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading.

What will I be doing?

As our Executive Assistant you’ll be the engine that keeps our Executive Team moving. You’ll provide high-quality, proactive support to three senior leaders – helping them stay focused, organised, and ahead of the curve. This isn’t a heads-down admin role; it’s a high-trust, high-impact position at the centre of a fast-moving, data-driven business.

  • Diary management and gatekeeping for the Executive Team – prioritising, protecting, and structuring their time so they can focus on what matters most
  • Managing all business travel logistics, including visas, itineraries, and expenses
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive Team, including sensitive and confidential matters
  • Supporting the circulation of board and leadership packs and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Organising meetings, off‑sites, lunches, dinners, and office events – from logistics to hospitality
  • Supporting the smooth running of the UK office, including onboarding of senior hires and assisting during large exec‑facing events

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Proven EA experience supporting C‑suite leaders
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑change environments – you take initiative and act without needing constant direction
  • 2–3+ years of EA experience, with the instincts and trust needed to work at this level
  • Strong diary management and travel coordination skills, with high attention to detail and confidentiality
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and able to represent senior leaders with care
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or growth companies is a plus – as is familiarity with AI tools

Equally important is attitude – we want people who think big, ask why, and show respect to everyone at every level, all the time.

Why Join Us

  • A pivotal moment to join GWI – exciting opportunity, working directly with the Executive Team to help them achieve big goals
  • Real autonomy and impact from day one – space to shape the role, implement new processes, and bring fresh ideas
  • A brilliant team – collaborative, supportive, and genuinely fun
  • A role that grows with you – as GWI grows, so does the scope of this position

What We Offer

  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays
  • Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support
  • Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success
  • Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a work-from-home budget
  • Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility
  • DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving

Diversity is fundamental to who we are – we strive to ensure our workforce is as diverse and inclusive as the insights we provide to our clients.

As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to providing all necessary adjustments during the hiring process. We also actively encourage applications from under‑represented and marginalised communities.
