Lead the FP&A agenda for one of Australia's most recognised food brands. High-impact business partnering role with exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives. 12 month parental leave cover - Fixed Term Contract.

We are on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner – FP&A. Reporting to the Business Planning and Analysis Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to lead the Tip Top consolidated Financial Planning and Reporting agenda whilst managing internal insights generation and analysis activities. The role is also key in assisting with the Integrated Business Planning process. You will need to use business partnering skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of business objectives. Being able to switch between the detail and taking a whole of business perspective is crucial, as is having the ability to tell a story from the underlying data and facts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end consolidated reporting process, including management reporting, performance analysis, and leadership presentations.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial outcomes.
  • Analyse financial performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations linked to key business drivers.
  • Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Develop reporting tools, visualisations, and process improvements to increase efficiency and insight generation.
  • Support the Integrated Business Planning process and drive continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A activities.

About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical capability with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change. You enjoy turning data into actionable insights and can confidently operate at both detailed and strategic levels.

You will bring:

  • Exceptional business partnering skills and self-driven.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Degree qualified (Economics, Business, Commerce).
  • Full member of professional accounting body (CA, CPA).
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Powerpoint essential).
  • Experience with SAP System, BW, Tableau (advantageous).
