We're seeking a HSE Advisor to partner with our national Field Sales team, providing practical advice, coaching and support across health, safety, wellbeing, injury management and return-to-work initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging HSE professional looking to take the next step from a Coordinator or junior Advisor role.
Purpose of the Role
Based in North Ryde, this role supports our field-based sales workforce across Australia, delivering HSE initiatives, training programs and continuous improvement activities that strengthen safety, wellbeing and risk management outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include
- Partner with Sales leaders to provide practical HSE advice, coaching and support.
- Support the delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
- Facilitate training programs, safety workshops and risk reduction activities.
- Conduct audits and support the ongoing improvement of HSE systems and processes.
- Analyse HSE data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions and injury management activities.
- Support the development of a positive safety culture across the national sales workforce.
About You
We're looking for a collaborative and proactive HSE professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing positive change and working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a HSE related role – advisor or coordinator level.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Experience using HSE management systems, safety reporting platforms or incident management systems will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to incident investigations, injury management or return-to-work processes will be advantageous.
- FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, retail or field-based workforce experience is desirable but not essential.
