Due to expansion into the UK market, GWF Ltd has a position available for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team based in Pulloxhill, Beds. This is a permanent, part time role required to support our growing water supply and wastewater flow metering solutions business. We supply many of the UK water utilities, both directly and indirectly, with specialist flow measurement equipment and solutions to help them reduce water leakage, prevent pollution and improve customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Processing (e.g. enquiries, quotations, invoicing, tender support)
  • Marketing Support (e.g. exhibitions & events, collateral materials)
  • Other Administrative Support (e.g. SHEQ system maintenance, office services)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar sales/marketing administrative role
  • Experience within the instrumentation industry or a comparable technical products and services business
  • Familiarity with water utilities, CDM contractors and/or industrial clients
  • Experience using XERO accounting/business system (or similar ERP/accounting software)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with flexibility around start and finish times within our standard working day of 8:30am to 4:30pm)
