An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Station Enquiry Office team in a resilience role in a full‑time position. You will be based at Newport Central station. This is a very challenging role, however very rewarding. The role will be 6 days on, 4 days off with weekend working included.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and critical thinking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to deal with vulnerable victims and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail when creating incident logs.
  • Capability to work as part of a team and independently.
