This is a 12 month secondment role to support the management information team with Human Resources. Are you interested in data analytics and reporting? This is an exciting opportunity to work within the HR Department analysing data and producing national returns.
Role information:
- To support on the provision and development of effective and responsive HR data analytics and management information, to inform operational and strategic decision making.
- This role will support in gathering and scrutinising the complete range of HR data, ensuring it adheres to legal standards, fulfils accuracy requirements, and that the analysis is conducted to facilitate informed decision-making.
