This is a 12‑month secondment role to support the management information team with Human Resources. The role focuses on data analytics and reporting, working within the HR Department to analyse data and produce national returns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the provision and development of effective and responsive HR data analytics and management information, informing operational and strategic decision‑making.
  • Gather and scrutinise the complete range of HR data, ensuring it adheres to legal standards, fulfils accuracy requirements, and that the analysis is conducted to facilitate informed decision‑making.
