Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Governance, Policy and Risk Manager to lead and develop effective governance, policy and risk arrangements across the Force. This is a key role within Continuous Improvement, supporting strategic decision-making, maintaining robust governance records and frameworks, and providing professional advice and constructive challenge to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement in governance practice.
