Gwella (Flintshire Libraries and Leisure Limited) is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATC), wholly owned by Flintshire County Council. Gwella manages leisure centres, libraries and heritage services and works cooperatively with the Council to deliver valued and sustainable community services. Gwella employs circa 250 employees and 100+ relief workers, with an annual turnover of circa £11 million and more than two million customers per year.
