This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Surveyor, based in Cardiff with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Surveyor will oversee the delivery of surveying projects, manage survey teams, carry out complex land, utility, and BIM surveys, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities also include client communication, quality assurance, reporting, and mentoring junior surveyors.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Land Surveying, Building Surveyors, PAS128 Utility Surveying, Point Cloud / Revit
- Expertise in data AutoCad & LSS processing, Revit software
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving, client relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and balance office-based and remote work efficiently
- A strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Additional expertise in sustainable surveying practices and energy-focused projects is an advantage
- Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field
