GWA Supplies We have just successfully completed our 16th year in business and what an adventure it has been. Down, we have built an international business that exports in roughly equal measure to Australasia, Europe, Great Britain and the USA. And now there is another adventure to be had. Our Founder and CEO has a wide network of companies, organisations, charitable activities and relationships that he actively engages with. There are exciting opportunities to bring people together through events and we are looking for someone with the creativity, organisation, energy and determination to make those opportunities happen. That someone could be you. THE ROLE Working closely with the CEO, you will take ideas and turn them into memorable, well-organised and successful events. You will: Help identify and prioritise opportunities working with the CEO to decide which events should happen and why. Bring creativity to the table designing events that capture people's imagination and make them genuinely excited to attend and participate. Create clear, inspiring communications ensuring everyone involved understands the purpose, their role and what success looks like. Plan every detail creating thorough event plans so that nothing important is left to chance. Own the delivery setting up, coordinating and facilitating each event with energy, confidence and a determination to make it a success. Be there when it matters participating in events where your presence, organisation and energy will make a difference. Close the loop making sure follow-up, feedback, administration and all the necessary clean-up activities are completed. In short: you will take an idea and make it happen. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
