About this role

As Customer Care Advisor your sole aim will be to provide a superior experience to internal and external customers alike.

The role will involve dealing in a professional and timely manner with various types of orders, enquiries, queries and discrepancies received via all forms of media. Within this role you will develop your knowledge of our products to offer technical support to our customer – all whilst working within a busy office environment.

You will also work in conjunction with other departments to support and improve the function of the business.

  • Experience working in a customer facing role
  • Be able to clearly communicate verbally and through email
  • Have a desire to develop knowledge and skills
  • Complaints handling experience
  • IT literate
  • Good listening skills
  • Adaptable with good level of stress tolerance
  • Ambition to learn
  • (Plumbing knowledge would be advantageous but not necessary)
  • 25 days annual leave per year.
