External Audit Director – Global Accounting Group – London – up to £150k plus bonus and RI Support if required We are seeking an External Audit Director to join a leading FCA Authorised Global Advisory and Accounting Firm in London, offering a competitive salary of up to £150k plus a 20% bonus and full support for RI status if required. Location: London (Flexible Working Available) Responsibilities: Lead audit services for SME and OMB Corporate clients ranging from £5 million to £400 million across various sectors. Support and guide junior staff within the audit team, which comprises approximately 24 members. Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional audit services and contribute to the growth of client portfolios. Assist in obtaining RI status within a 6 to 9 month period with support from the firm. Drive brand growth with the intention to progress to Partner level (£160k plus) within 12-18 months. Minimum Requirements: Experience as a Senior Manager, Assistant Director, or Director from a Top 100 firm. Ability to lead audit teams and manage client relationships effectively.
