My client is working with a rapidly expanding Top 15 Accounting firm that has gone through exponential growth across the UK, including in a flagship office in Kent. They are part of two global networks and are winning significant engagements from UK subsidiaries of multinationals, private equity and venture capital backed corporates, owner-managed businesses, and SMEs, including entrepreneurs that have grown their business from zero to £80 million in the last few years. The turnovers of the clients range between £10 million to £200 million.

The firm is winning significant market share from Top 10 and Mid-Tier clients due to their partner-led approach. They provide assurance for year-end audits and act as strategic advisors for future growth strategies, which may involve capital raising strategies and private equity backed mergers and acquisitions. The partners include national authorities in audit as well as former CFOs and finance directors who can advise clients on all elements of their respective expansion plans.

They are looking for a Senior Manager to join their high-flying team at an important time, offering huge scope for fast-track progression and the opportunity to work on a varied audit and advisory portfolio. Candidates should come from a Mid-Tier or Top 100 firm with a background in audit or a mix of audit and accounts preparation. Experience managing corporate clients in any sector, whether listed or non-listed SME clients, is essential.

The client is open to considering a 3rd year manager looking for a step up as well as a Senior Manager for this high-profile role. Candidates must be based near Kent or be able to relocate there. Being a car driver with a clean driving licence is desirable.

There will be a choice of evolving and dynamic sectors to work with where you can take ownership. Interviews are being conducted as soon as possible with my longstanding client. You will be mentored by a leadership pool consisting of ex-Top 10 partners as well as former CFOs and finance directors, with significant investment in your career development.

There is huge scope to become a Director (up to £160k plus RI status) and Partner level (£275k package) within a 3-6 year period, as my client continues to grow at record levels compared to their competitors in the market.
