2nd year plus Manager considered for an immediate Senior Manager
Fast track to Audit Director £140k base and RI support in 18 months, Partner Up to £180k base and Equity worth £250k plus in 3-5 years a part of the firm’s expansion strategy in an established and successful team.
It is preferred you have trained or had substantive experience in a UK based SME Practice leading non-listed corporate audit clients with turnovers ranging from £10 million to £100 per year .
As a result of sustained growth and reputation the firm has had significant multi million pound investment and become the London arm of a major 90 Partner overseas firm who in turn is part of the largest global networks in the world.
The firm has £10 million audit fee income as part of overall revenue of over £100 million in the group derived from working with a vast array of SMEs, OMBs, Venture Capital and Private Equity backed corporates, and non-listed multinationals.
Their clients love the fact they are genuine strategic advisors that go beyond providing deep expertise in assurance, but also in-depth advice around advisory areas. These include Company Formation, International Expansion Strategy, Taxation, CFO Advisory, as well as Capital Raising and UK and overseas listing strategies that are integral to their clients’ respective growth trajectories. The international tie-up and investment have given their even more access to multinational clients and offering multi-jurisdictional advice to their clients.
They are looking for an External Audit Senior Manager to help spearhead more growth in the business in London, as well a clear path to Managing Partner firm status as part of a defined succession strategy at the firm. There is a significant and talented audit team at the organsiation that they would look for to grow further.
You will have the freedom from the outset to help define the growth strategy of the firm and have significant funds to leverage this going forward because of continued multi million pound investment from the firm’s global partners who are delighted with the success of the firm so far.
You will be an experienced Manager or Senior Manager. It would be highly desirable if you have trained or had substantive experience working in a 2 to 10 Partner UK firm and has experience of leading and growing an SME/OMB with clients of £ 2 million to £100 million turnover in any corporate sector.
I am working directly at Managing Partner level (as I do with many of my clients) and can arrange interviews or informal coffees/Teams’ sessions asap, if you are keen and fit the profile.
Your experience must be UK based, and sponsorship is offered for the role, as well payment of visa claw backs.
