Client: Rapidly growing team in a Top 60 Practice – Part of Worldwide Network – Longstanding GW Risk client. Great hours/work‑life balance. Mid‑Tier practice from either SME or mid‑tier practice below the Top 10. Up to £60,000 basic plus rapid career progression, overtime, and up to £8,000 bonus – £72,000 package Year 1. Manager in 12 months and SM in 18‑24 months, Partner in 5 years (earning £200,000 plus).
Responsibilities- Lead audit engagements for corporate (non‑FS) clients with turnovers ranging from £5 million to £350 million.
- Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Support advisory engagements – transaction services and corporate finance advisory.
- Facilitate leadership development and transition to M&A advisory where appropriate.
- ACA/ACCA/CA/ICAS fully qualified or overseas equivalent in external audit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit at a Mid‑Tier Top 100 practice outside the Top 10.
- Experience with corporate (non‑FS) client portfolio across any industry sector.
- Excellent working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience with accounts preparation or tax for SME or OMB clients is advantageous.
- Competitive base salary up to £64,000 (or £60,000 basic + bonus).
- Potential bonus up to £8,000.
