We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property located in Rainworth, Mansfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is professionally managed, tenants are supported, maintenance issues are resolved promptly, and the property remains compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with experience in residential property management, lettings, estate agency, facilities management, or landlord services who can independently manage property-related matters and act as the local representative for the property owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and address enquiries promptly and professionally.
