The Supervisor must have/be

  • Strong background delivering high-end apartments, penthouses, and amenity spaces
  • Proven experience managing decoration packages valued at £1M+
  • Skilled in General painting & decorating, High-spec wallpaper installation and Specialist finishes (including limewash effects).
  • Ability to manage operatives and maintain high-quality finish standards
  • Strong focus on Health & Safety and site compliance
  • Experience delivering show apartments to tight deadlines
  • Excellent coordination with site teams and other trades

Certifications the Supervisor must have

  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • First Aid
