Site Manager Required in London and Essex GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on projects across London and Essex.
As a main contractor they are based in Essex and they specialise in construction and fit-out projects across the Education, Healthcare, Residential, Retail and Commercial sectors.
Duties of the
Site
Manager: Assist other Managers to ensure smooth construction sequences Maintain and oversee various trade packages Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Ensure works are completed to programme and quality standards.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project The Site Manager must have/be: Proven experience delivering refurbishment, extension, new build and renovation projects Strong background working for a main contractor Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Site Management Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge Excellent communication and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work Experience working across commercial, residential, or public sector projects If you are interested in the Site Manager position, then please get in touch.
