Senior Technical Coordinator required in Essex GVR Solutions are currently representing a very well established and growing Residential Developer / Developer / Principal Contractor who due to positive and continuous progression are in the market for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their team.
As the Technical Coordinator you will lead the technical delivery of Residential developments from planning approved stage through to completion.
This role is pivotal in ensuring buildability, quality, and timely delivery across all phases of development.

Coordinator: Manage design consultants, coordinate technical information, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
Appoint and manage external design consultants to produce detailed design package from approved planning drawings within agreed fee budgets and design programmes.
Ensure all technical and design information complies with Client’s requirements, current Building Regulations, warranty provider standards, and relevant BS.
Ensure design package is produced to tender release date and includes sufficient detail for comprehensive tender.
Prepare and submit Building Regulation package and co-ordinate full plans approval, including agreeing requirements and making arrangements for post completion testing.
Audit all design and technical information to ensure accuracy, detail, buildability and value.
Arrange for design, technical approval, engrossment of agreements and bonds, and adoption of all Highways, Sewers and Public Open Space.
Undertake enabling works for demolition and pre-start requirements for site.
Ensure external consultants fulfil responsibilities under CDM Regulations.
Collate information for Pre-Tender Health & Safety Plan, continue to provide information as work proceeds for Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan, collate information for Health & Safety File Liaise closely with all departments to ensure full integration of design process within business.
Liaise with CDM Coordinator and Principal Designer for relevant projects.
Requirements and Skills for the

Coordinator: Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
Proven experience in technical coordination within residential development.
Proven experience running projects.
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, warranty provider standards, and planning processes.
Excellent communication, commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent decision making, prioritisation and organisation.
