GVR Solutions are working with a well-established and highly respected commercial drylining contractor based in Essex, delivering high-quality drylining, SFS, partitions, suspended ceilings, fire protection and interior fit-out solutions across London and the South East.
With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and long-standing relationships with leading main contractors, they deliver projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding operational team.
Responsibilities of the
Project
Manager: Oversee full lifecycle of drylining projects from pre-start to handover.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Liaise with clients, architects, and main contractors.
Ensure works meet programme, budget, and quality requirements.
Manage material procurement and logistics.
Maintain strict health and safety compliance.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management.
Conduct snagging and final handover documentation.
The Project Manager must have/be: Proven experience as a Drylining Project Manager in the UK.
Strong knowledge of SFS, partitions, ceilings, and tape & joint systems.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certified.
